1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Account" means the personal betting account created by the User upon registration with tito80.
• "Balance" means the total funds available in the User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by the User on a sporting event, casino game, or other gambling product offered by tito80.
• "Bonus" means promotional credits, free bets, cashback offers, or other incentives provided by tito80, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process that requires Users to provide valid identification documents before withdrawing funds.
• "Platform" means the tito80 website, mobile-optimized site, and any related software or applications operated by the Company.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means features such as deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, self-exclusion, and reality-check reminders provided to help Users manage their gambling behavior.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering for an Account with tito80, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. tito80 enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• You are a resident of Indonesia and possess valid Indonesian identification documents (KTP, passport, or driver's license).
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of tito80 complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms or for problem gambling reasons.
• You are not classified as a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to sanctions, and the funds you deposit do not originate from criminal or illicit sources.

tito80 reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet these eligibility criteria or who is suspected of providing false or misleading information during registration.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To register an Account with tito80, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are prohibited from:

• Registering more than one Account. Each User is permitted one Account only. Multiple accounts will be closed, and any associated balances may be forfeited.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Accounts found to contain inaccurate information will be suspended pending verification or permanently closed.
• Using another person's identity, payment methods, or credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must:

• Choose a strong password that is not easily guessable and not used for other online services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your Account settings.
• Immediately notify tito80 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach.

tito80 shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. You agree that all activities conducted through your Account are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before you can withdraw funds from your Account, tito80 requires you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You must provide:

• A clear, legible copy of your Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license.
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document dated within the last three months).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document next to your face (if requested by the compliance team).

tito80 reserves the right to request additional documents or conduct enhanced due diligence at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

tito80 accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000, and the maximum per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000,000 for e-wallets, unless otherwise stated in your Account settings.

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited within 5 minutes during banking hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM WIB). Deposits made outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to clear. tito80 does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees on their end.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your tito80 Account originate from a legitimate source and are owned by you. Depositing funds from third-party accounts (e.g., a bank account not registered in your name) is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account closure and fund confiscation.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may not require re-verification unless tito80 detects unusual activity.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where feasible. If you deposited via BCA, you must withdraw to a BCA account registered in your legal name.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–24 hours after approval. VIP Gold members receive priority processing within 6 hours; VIP Platinum members receive processing within 1 hour.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements are met. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

tito80 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, you will be notified via email, and an investigation will be conducted.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tito80 offers various bonuses and promotions, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are displayed on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (e.g., 30x, 25x) before they become withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount (plus deposit, if stated) before withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, and sportsbook bets may be excluded entirely. Refer to the promotion terms for specific contribution percentages.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, your maximum bet per spin, hand, or event is capped (e.g., Rp 50,000). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a limited validity period (e.g., 30 days from issuance). If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account.
• Bonus Abuse: tito80 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate winnings if it detects bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or coordinated play with other Users.

5.2 Opting Out

You may opt out of receiving bonus offers by contacting customer support or adjusting your Account preferences. Once you opt out, you will not be eligible for any active or future promotions until you opt back in.

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the tito80 Platform are governed by the following rules:

• Bets are final and cannot be changed, canceled, or retracted once confirmed by the Platform, except in cases of obvious technical error as determined solely by tito80.
• tito80 reserves the right to void bets, cancel markets, or adjust settlement if an event is abandoned, postponed, or affected by circumstances beyond its control (e.g., match-fixing allegations, technical malfunction, incorrect odds).
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per User. These limits vary by sport, league, market type, and User status. tito80 may adjust limits at any time without prior notice.
• Odds are subject to change without notice until the bet is confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the odds and bet details before confirming your wager.

6.2 Sportsbook Specific Rules

For sports betting, including football, basketball, badminton, MotoGP, and esports:

• Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the time the event concludes. Subsequent protests or appeals do not affect bet settlement.
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets may be voided or carried over, depending on the market type and league rules. Refer to the detailed sportsbook rules available on the Platform.
• Live in-play betting is subject to slight delays due to data transmission. Bets placed after an outcome is already determined (e.g., a goal has been scored but not yet reflected on the Platform) may be voided.

6.3 Casino and Slot Game Rules

For casino games, live dealer tables, and slot machines:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that ensures fair and random outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed for each game and represent long-term statistical payout over millions of rounds.
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by the physical result (e.g., the card drawn, the roulette wheel spin, the dice roll). Video feeds are provided for transparency.
• If a game malfunctions (e.g., software freeze, disconnection mid-spin), the round is voided, and your stake is returned to your Balance.

7. Responsible Gaming

tito80 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help Users maintain control over their gambling activity. We strongly encourage all Users to:

• Set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their Account settings.
• Take regular breaks and avoid chasing losses.
• Recognize the warning signs of problem gambling, including gambling beyond your means, neglecting responsibilities, or feeling compelled to gamble.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log into your Account or place bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed until the chosen period expires.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tito80 Platform and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using bots, automated scripts, collusion with other Players, exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any form of unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Depositing and withdrawing funds without placing genuine bets in an attempt to clean illicit money.
• Arbitrage Betting: Exploiting odds discrepancies between tito80 and other platforms to guarantee a profit (also known as "sure betting").
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, coordinating with other Users, or employing low-risk betting strategies solely to unlock bonus funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or e-wallet provider after successfully depositing funds. Doing so will result in permanent Account closure and blacklisting.
• Offensive Behavior: Harassment, threats, or abusive language directed at tito80 staff or other Users via chat, email, or any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

tito80 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any prohibited conduct.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• You request Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion).

In the event of Account closure, tito80 will:

• Notify you via email with the reason for closure.
• Return any remaining Balance in your Account to your registered bank account or e-wallet, minus any bonus funds or winnings subject to investigation.
• Void any pending bets and remove any active bonuses.

If your Account is closed due to breach of Terms, tito80 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may refuse to process withdrawal requests if fraud or other illegal activity is suspected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tito80 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
• Technical failures, including server downtime, network interruptions, software bugs, or third-party service outages that prevent you from placing bets or accessing your Account.
• Errors in odds, results, or game outcomes caused by human error or technical malfunction. tito80 reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust settlements accordingly.
• Loss of funds due to your failure to secure your Account credentials or your violation of these Terms.

tito80's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tito80 is licensed and regulated. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved as follows:

• Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
